When springtime rolls around, it's not just the flowers that spring to life - but also the vibrant and action-packed world of Rugby in Owyhee! This year, we're thrilled to announce that the Spring Rugby Season is starting promptly on March 2. Our much-esteemed Owyhee teams will be gearing up to showcase their skills in a series of 8 riveting mini-games at the beloved local ground of Settlers Park, all beginning at the crack of dawn, at 9:00 am.

As the teams prepare to scrum, ruck, and maul, we fervently hope to kindle the same spirit of camaraderie off the pitch. We would be delightfully privileged to bask in the glow of our community's support throughout the season.

On that note, here's the much-awaited schedule for March 2 that sees a power-packed juxtaposition of matches across various categories, with each game set to pan out over a span of 30 adrenaline-fueled minutes:

• The Boys Varsity team kicks off the day with their matches scheduled at 9:00 am and 10:20 am.

• The Boys Varsity 2nd Side seizes the field later during the day capturing slots at 11:40 am and 1:30 pm.

• The budding talents of our Boys Junior Varsity will light up the park with their performances at 11:00 am and 2:10 pm.

• Finally, flying high on their home turf will be the Girls Varsity team, scheduled to play at 9:40 am and then once again at 2:10 pm.
  

Remember, this lively rendezvous at Settlers Park is only just an overture to the regular season, which officially commences on March 9.
